Proposed Langford Zoning change from single-family to Multi-Story commercial Zoning

We want to educate the people of Langford to the Mega Development that is being proposed for 647 Goldstream Ave. in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, where the average building height ranges from one to 4 stories.

The proposed project, by the developer of the building that was declared uninhabitable (Design Build Services) is for TWO 11- story apartment towers with a total of 224 apartments. This proposed development with be placed where there were previously 5 single family homes.
